“ We stopped in at Cocina Del Carlos on our way back from the Detroit airport. This was a completely unexpected and amazing surprise. It was exactly what I needed that night. The food was AMAZING! The servers were friendly. The environment is pretty typical of any Mexican restaurant. It’s located in a strip mall which originally had me questioning the quality, but after walking inside and sitting down, everything was great. If you’re looking for GREAT Mexican food, this is the place! Oh, and I had the Fajones! I’ve never had those before, and they were amazing!!!!! Basically like fajitas covered in queso.SO good! ”
